I met Dr. Sommers when I got my first pair of Phonak hearing aids. She helped me pick out the one that would best fit my hearing condition. That was five years ago, and I have seen her several times a year since then and also corresponded on My Chart when I've had issues with the aids. Dr. Sommers is available, experienced, keeps current with new developments in audiology and has always been able to identify and solve whatever problem I've been having with my aids.
